TEK OPTICAL WARRANTY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
DEFECTIVE RETURNS:
All frames within the warranty period of two years from date of purchase, with a manufacturer’s defect and/or material workmanship defect will be replaced or credited. In cases where a warranty replacement has not been purchased and there is no manufacturer’s warranty, no credit will be given. No return authorization is required for defective returns but an original invoice must be included with the defective frame for credit to be issued.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We will exchange current optical styles with current optical styles of equal value for a period of two years on a 2 for 1 basis from the date of the original invoice. All exchanges must be authorized by a TEK OPTICAL sales consultant. All styles returned for exchange must be in saleable condition and the returned package must meet all standards outlined or will not be credited. TEK OPTICAL will not accept for exchange any items that have been used, abused or mishandled. Patient approval frames must be returned within 30 days.
